


Alexander of Wild Bridge Wellness began his personal health journey when seeking ways to support his body during rigorous days as a wildland firefighter. During this time, he fell in love with the magic of Mother Nature and the importance of the mind-body connection in challenging situations. His desire to transform inspired him to dive deep into what it means to be wholly well. This path has supported his career as an EMT and led him to become a yoga instructor, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Culinary Wellness Educator. His interests include functional nutrition, movement, introspective practices, and helping others bridge the gap between who they are today and their greatest potential. As a Culinary Wellness Educator, Alexander creates experiences that empower people to understand the “why” behind their food—blending the art of cooking with the science of nutrition so they can fuel their best selves.
