I am Alexander - a little bit about me — a retired EMT, EMT Instructor, integrative health coach, and yoga instructor. My wellness journey wasn’t linear. For years, I struggled to understand why my gut felt out of balance. I found myself searching — experimenting, learning, and slowly uncovering what wasn’t supporting my body and long-term health. That process led me to a deeper awareness of how food truly impacts how we feel, function, and live. Through that experience, I began to build my own understanding of what “good food” meant — not just nutritionally, but personally. Food became more than something I consumed; it became something I connected with, learned from, and eventually wanted to share. That love for food naturally evolved into a love for cooking. The kitchen became a place of creativity, exploration, and expression. I’m constantly experimenting with flavors, techniques, and seasonal ingredients — finding ways to make food both deeply nourishing and genuinely enjoyable. I believe that learning what makes us feel good — physically, mentally, and emotionally — is one of the most valuable skills we can develop. Food is a powerful place to begin!
